Every Paul Raymond piece begins with the stone.

Before a bracelet is assembled or a collection is named, we look first at the material: its color, surface, natural markings, weight, polish, translucence, and character. Some stones are familiar. Others are rare, unexpected, or available only in limited quantities.

The Stone Library is our growing archive of gemstones — a place to discover the materials behind Paul Raymond pieces and the quiet stories they carry.

Our Approach to Gemstones

We select gemstones not only for beauty, but for presence.

A stone may be chosen for its depth of color, its internal movement, its natural inclusions, its softness against the skin, or the way it pairs with other materials. In every case, we look for stones that feel distinct and wearable — materials that can become part of everyday life.

Featured Stone Families

Deep & Grounded

Black Onyx
Selected for its deep, opaque tone and polished simplicity. Black onyx is one of the most versatile stones in the Paul Raymond library — clean, architectural, and easy to wear.

Hematite
Cool and metallic in appearance, hematite adds weight, contrast, and quiet structure to a stack.

Smoky Quartz
A translucent brown-grey stone with softened depth. It pairs naturally with taupe, ivory, olive, black, and gold.

Light & Luminous

Clear Quartz
Valued for clarity and light. Clear quartz brings a clean, luminous quality to gemstone jewelry.

Moonstone
Soft and atmospheric, moonstone is selected for its quiet glow and subtle movement.

Pearl
Organic, luminous, and timeless. Pearl brings softness and contrast when paired with gemstones.

Blue & Atmospheric

Larimar
A rare blue stone known for its soft oceanic tones. Each piece varies naturally, giving Larimar a distinct, collected quality.

Aquamarine
A pale blue stone selected for clarity, coolness, and ease of wear.

Lapis Lazuli
Deep blue with natural markings, lapis brings richness and depth to both men’s and women’s pieces.

Green & Earth-Led

Green Garnet
A deeper, more understated expression of garnet. Selected for richness, clarity, and quiet intensity.

Chrysocolla
A vivid blue-green stone with natural movement and variation. Each piece feels expressive, earthy, and distinct.

Nephrite Jade
Known for its soft green tone and smooth surface, nephrite jade brings a composed, refined quality to everyday pieces.

Warm & Radiant

Golden Rutilated Quartz
Clear quartz marked by fine golden inclusions. Each piece reveals a different internal landscape, making the stone naturally distinct.

Tiger Eye
Recognized for its golden-brown movement and natural light. Tiger eye brings warmth, texture, and subtle masculinity.

Garnet
Deep, rich, and quietly dramatic. Garnet brings warmth and intensity without needing to be loud.

Patterned & One of a Kind

Fossil Coral
A natural material formed from ancient coral patterns, selected for its organic markings and historical character.

Seraphinite
A rare green stone known for its feather-like formations and deep visual texture.

Mixed Tourmaline
A naturally varied stone family, often showing multiple tones in one piece. Selected for color, individuality, and quiet complexity.

Natural Variation Note

Because gemstones are natural materials, each piece may vary slightly in tone, pattern, size, translucence, or formation. These differences are not flaws. They are part of what makes each Paul Raymond piece distinct.
